Big Brothers Big Sisters believes it doesn’t take much to make a big difference in a young person’s life. Since 1904, the organization has been helping young people achieve their full potential by creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that have a lasting positive effect on the lives of young people. 

County Ready Mix partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters to support their mission to help children realize their potential and build their futures.

Mentoring relationships help children and teens achieve higher aspirations, gain greater confidence, and develop better relationships. Young people involved in these programs are also more likely to avoid risky behaviors and to achieve educational success.

County Ready Mix, through the Sonnentag American Foundation, partners with organizations that support individuals in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Member & Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
